Excellent news for 90210 fans of past and future….  Jennie Garth has officially signed on to reprise her role as Kelly Taylor on the new 90210 Spin-Off.  Kelly returns to West Beverly as the guidance counselor.  Thanks to TV Guide for the scoop!  This is a recurring role and she will not be a series regular.  Interesting…
